Don’t stay here

When checked into room, it was dirty, beds were unmade and roaches in my room. When I went to front desk to complain the Manager said I’m sorry and handed me a trash bag to clean my own room. Refused to give discount on room or money back

Great quick stopover

Hotel was comfortable and clean, finishing seemed rush caulk in bathroom not clean and was done sloppily at sink and shower. Nice to have plenty of dove products though! Also breakfast had a good variety but would have been nice to have option to have a waffle or pancake maker for something fresh.

All and all good experience other than trying to get early check in. When asked about getting into our room early it was a firm No, not until 3pm. This was at 2:30pm. When the next shift arrived moments later they had rooms ready?

This was our first stay at the Avid Hotel Memphis - Southaven by IHG. The night manager Phyllis was amazing. She was very professional and helpful. Would recommend this hotel for a quick trip to Memphis.
