Omg, i don't even know where to start. The staff at this hotel are incredible and went out of their way to organise our room before check in. If you want to experience amazing service and friendly faces, this is a place for you. Memphis is amazing and we will definitely go back.

The good: Everything was clean, the staff seemed courteous and friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The parking garage was convenient as well, especially given the location. The meh: The style and general "feel" of the place was a bit older. We went in the winter, so the pool was closed, which meant the terrace was locked. This meant that the only things that made it feel different from a motel 6 was the breakfast and maybe the tiny workout area. Conclusion: Overall a pleasant experience, but could possibly be a little cheaper for what you get. Not by much mind you, but a bit. You could go to a motel and save 1-200 if you plan on sleeping in and dont mind less privacy.

Travelocity listed free parking. It was $13. Our room was listed as first floor. We were on the 14th. Neither was a particular problem but the staff’s attitude was abysmal. Anyhow, our stay was okay but definitely not outstanding.
