Overall great place

Overall it was a great stay. The only thing is that the hand soap container in the bathroom was empty and for a room with 2 beds and the reservation for 3 people there were only 2 towels. But I would definitely recommend this hotel.

When booking through Expedia I was not aware of the extent of the pet fee at check in. $82.50 seemed excessive for a 6 pound chihuahua. Other than that my stay was good.

The front desk clerk was friendly. The hallway and elevator carpet need to be replaced. We never had anyone to service our room we had to ask for clean towels.The shower door would roll back while taking a shower.

Have a great checking in room room was clean comfortable and quiet. First day. Breakfast was great. Second day wasn’t so great lady. They checked me out. I asked for a receipt. She snapped and said that she’ll email it to you. I don’t know if that’s policy for this hotel chain.

No air conditioning in July in the south!!

The air conditioner was broken. The lady at the desk told me “sorry but we have nothing to swap you to and can’t refund you” But online showed multiple rooms available matching
