Our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was a last minute unanticipated decision. Reserving the room online was quick and easy as was checking in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The only issue noted was there was mildew along the molding in the walk in shower in several areas.

Staff was rude and uncompromising turn me away from my reserved room because of road conditions and traffic causing me to show up about 4:00 a.m. from a long trip instead of honoring my reservation then instead told me that I would be able to pay for another room at a higher price than what I originally paid if I wanted to stay there and that I would be refunded by the third party that I used at some point. I would never recommend this place and I would never think to stay at another Holiday at all. They ever ruined it for me
