Friends & I enjoyed the stay at this location. The property owners were very easy to get in contact with, responded promptly and answered on the first call. The neighborhood seems to be nice & quiet. The space at this location is awesome, especially with a group of family and/ or friends. The downstairs area was a bonus as far as the gaming amenities.
The peoperty was convienant to Graceland and shirt drive to downtown. The house was very clean.Snacks and coffee bar was a nice touch.Owners are very friendly and attentive. My only Complaint was the airport noise you can hear plans flying overhead frequently was unable to sleep without noise canceling headphones norhing owners can do just not the best for relaxing and if your a light sleeper. The front door locks and microwave could use some updating.Microwave handle was broken and the locks were difficult.
Overall this was a fantastic property very spacious and home feeling.
I Honestly Loved This House , iT was actually near my real house , so it was very convenient, house is was tremendously big ! very spacious , the set up was mind blowing ! very neat , had enough games for us to play
We had a great stay in Memphis! The house was roomy and great for our large family! We loved the neighborhood, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Our hosts were fantastic. They had great communication and were nothing but warm and helpful. It was a great stay!
Wonderful stay. Everyone was super comfortable and our young people especially loved the pool table! It was so nice to have all the different living spaces for everyone to spread out.
My husband and I stayed here for my mom's 80th birthday celebration. The house was lovely! It was just the 2 of us with our dog, so we did not actually use all of the house but it would be a great location for larger groups too. All the bedrooms are spacious. The bed we slept in (master bedroom) was super comfortable. The master shower had lots of space so you did not feel cramped. We only used the kitchen for coffee in the mornings (we went to my parent's hotel for their buffet breakfasts and out to various restaurants for dinner) but it also seemed like a well functioning kitchen for larger groups. Lots of counter space for food prep and room to move around if you have multiple cooks or just people hanging out watching. The yard was fully fenced so we could let our dog out the back door without concern for him roaming the neighborhood (although the fence is a lower one so I wouldn't do that if your dog is a jumper). My family stayed at the Guest House at Graceland. We were able to walk there in about 25 minutes so its a great location for that. We also drove into downtown Memphis for restaurants and museums. Most of the time it only took about 15 or 20 minutes even with some traffic. The owners of the house were quick to respond to questions and very gracious and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house for a Memphis stay.
The house was perfect for our weekend in Memphis. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Kids and adults enjoyed the pool table and we had everything we needed to enjoy a nice cookout on Saturday night.
Perfect location for what we wanted, which was a base to rest while touring Graceland. Literally less than 10 minutes from Graceland via neighborhood route. 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath split level worked great for our party (5 adults, 6 children younger than 8) without anyone feeling crammed. Cold temps prevented use of the backyard/patio area but the bookend living room/dens allowed everyone to spread out enough and the kids and I spent some time at the pool table in the evenings. Also, the unique sitting area just inside the door was a quiet place for the older adults to chat or the youngest to play Legos in the mornings. Glad this close place opened up for rentals.
