Room was clean, service was prompt most of the time, and they provided a really good breakfast each morning. However, there are a few things to note for room 306 and my overall stay: The bedding was clean but stained yellow in spots. Both the sink and shower drains need to be cleared and snaked as they both held water pretty bad. The toilet ran the entire time. The phone didn’t work and it was a large inconvenience when it came to knowing when the food I ordered was ready. The bar was only open half the time I was there and there were no posted hours of service for it. Overall a decent place to stay and ride out the ice storm but still be able to get to work.

the beginning of the massive snow/ice - the staff was great. Breakfast was very good and out everyday. Our room was good size with nice amenities. Would stay there again.

They charge $7 per night for parking even tho I was staying there. I came down to have breakfast at 8am the eggs were dried up, I didn’t care for the sausage. The oatmeal was dried up. They did have a waffle bar that was ok. The room was nice and huge. I liked that check out wasn’t until noon.

The king size bed in 618 needs to be replaced. One side of the mattress is lower than the other causing a very uncomfortable nights sleep. The faucet st the sink is very loose.
