Trash was left in the room from the prior guests. Tv would not stay connected to the Internet so it didn’t work. Air conditioning unit didn’t work very well. Elevators were broken upon arrival but were fixed when we checked out. We love this hotel and hope things get better.

Nice hotel overall.

The hotel lobby is nice and the rooms are updated at this hotel. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby, and hot tub with outdoor and indoor pools. There were only a few concerns that seem easily remedied. The lobby elevator button would not work unless it was pressed a certain way, which took some time to get it to work. The room we first checked into had a dampness in the air that made everything feel wet. When we asked the hotel staff to check it out they agreed and made a different room right away. All in all a good experience, just a couple things that could use some attention.

The bed was very comfortable, the pool and hot tub area had a cute aesthetic, although the hot tub and pool were quite a few inches low on water and seemed to need cleaned. Overall would stay again.

Stayed there for 4 nights. Super quiet room. staff very nice . pool and gym were nice. did not eat there for dinner but the breakfast was good the couple days we ate there. Situated off the main highway so there was no traffic noise. No stores within walking distance so driving was required but only a few minutes from grocery and restaurants . Overall very pleased with the stay and would stay there again.

N/A. Hotel was very dated. Exterior/site was poorly lit and just didn't have much overall appeal. Hotel location was isolated, with no stores or retail close by.

Lovely property, dining and staff. Housekeeping was not good. They did not clean some things, didnt leave fresh towels or toliet paper (we had to go to the front desk, then had to wait and carry stack of towels to the room).

My husband and I had a great stay at Memphis Vitality Hotel. The hosts Diane snd Loretta was very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Overall, both of us left very satisfied with our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

Self check in was easy and glad I did it ahead of time. Greeters were very nice. Fri am staff in dining room were very polite and friendly. I like the breakfast but wished they would switch it up as we were there 3 days. The ala cart waffles were terrible. They were hard and awful. The staff Saturday wasn’t as friendly as Fri staff. Room was nice and liked the black out curtains. You could hear the people next door.
