The lighting in the bathroom was poor. It makes it hard for older ladies to get ready. The casino was super tight, one of the tightest I've ever been to.

The bed linen was very worn and torn, the bed was terribly made, sheets uneven, the tv froze for 4 to 5 hrs,finally fixed 3 hrs later, spots on the carpet not done by us I was really disappointed, especially since it was my anniversary As you walk throughout, you can hear employees cursing loudly. The atmosphere was nice

The security to get in was worse than going through TSA, but everyone was very pleasant and the entire place was clean and comfortable. Shout out to security who successfully located and returned my misplaced phone!

No breakfast. Did have Keurig in room, room was very large and comfortable. The staff is rude, with an attitude. Our grandson is in dental school there and we invited him to meet us to visit & eat, they would not allow him to come to our room and visit even if we came down and got him.

Was traveling for work and I thought it would be fun to stay at Southland, boy was i wrong. I stayed Monday to Wednesday and all of the restaurants were closed except the bat and buffet which I did not want (needed real food). Everything about this casino was bad, limited table games, dealers and pit bosses made me feel uncomfortable, drinks were ridiculously priced! Worst of all I got a players card and recieved a free $25 table play and when I went to swipe my card for the free play the system was down all day and i never received! There are much better options in this area than this casino for gambling, I do not recommend.
