AprÚs avoir passé une journée à parcourir les sentiers, à nager, à explorer les cascades locales ou à faire du shopping, revenez profiter d'un feu de camp relaxant et observez les étoiles!

La ferme rurale avec sept chambres, une immense cuisine et un grand porche grillagé, cette maison est parfaitement aménagée pour les groupes. Cette propriété de 20 acres jouxte le parc national de Little River Canyon National Preserve / Desoto de 14 000 acres. AprÚs avoir franchi votre porche arriÚre, passé le terrain de volley / terrain de jeu / étang, vous marchez directement vers des sentiers qui vous mÚneront au trou de natation Shigley sur la fourche ouest de la petite riviÚre. Les kilomÚtres de sentiers longent le bord du canyon de Little River et offrent de nombreuses zones à explorer ou simplement s'asseoir et se détendre tout en regardant la riviÚre passer!

Si vous souhaitez explorer la rĂ©gion, Chattanooga est Ă  proximitĂ© avec son aquarium de classe mondiale, Rock City et Ruby Falls. The hosts had excellent communication and accommodated us in so many different ways! This house was such a cool place with lots of room for our big family Christmas get together. Tons of places to sleep and lounge and eat at. Plus the property was gorgeous and spacious! We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to come back next year!

My family group of 11 spent a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday in this fun, quirky, wonderful house! We all had a blast cooking together, lounging in one of the 3 sitting areas, reading in one of the many little nooks and hiking the 20 acre property! The owners were also wonderful and so kind.

Fun house next to national wilderness with great trails

If you're looking for a secluded place with lots of character that can accommodate a large group, this is the place for you! It's an old farmhouse that has been added onto to create multiple bedrooms and living areas. If you like a sterile hotel room or new property, this is not your place. But if you like something that's kooky and fun, with lots to look at, then I recommend it! The property is beautiful and connects to the Little River Canyon National Preserve. You can literally walk out the back door and be on lovely wooded trails in minutes. I would definitely book this place again for a group. And Ray and Barbara are extremely responsive to any questions and needs.

Guys Retreat 2025

We take our youth group aged boys to this cabin, and it's perfect for our annual Guys Retreat. The guys love it, the hosts are personal and always helpful, and the location is remote and beautiful. We love it!

Annual Friends and Family Get Together

The Farmhouse was perfect for our group. Everything we needed for a great weekend visiting inside and outside by the campfire was available. The kitchen was well stocked, and the layout of the house was perfect for large group gatherings as well as small group visiting. The kids loved the upstairs room with multiple twin beds and the bedrooms were laid out perfectly for each family to have some privacy. We are definitely considering making this trip again next year.

Unique and secluded

This is an old farm house with plenty of spaces for gathering or being alone. Lots of unique features. The beds were comfortable; nice towels; we enjoyed the library; kitchen was well stocked; hosts were responsive. It is out in the boonies if that’s what you want. Quiet except for dogs barking one night.

Family Christmas

We all had a most enjoyable weekend at the Farmhouse. We were able to be in one room together or to spread throughout the house to pursue our own interests. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful as the Cousin Crew loved eating together.

80th birthday weekend

We gathered together, a mixture of families and spent a long weekend celebrating two in our family turning 80. The overnight guests ranged from 9 to 14. There was more room than we could have ever imagined. The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely return!

Memes mountain trip

We all had a wonderful time! Turned out perfect for our family. I will say the pictures on VRBO are a little misleading. The grounds were not the manicure lawns shown and there were other cabins on the property close to the house that you do not see in the pictures. But it did turn out great for us!

Family reunion

We had the best time at the Farmhouse. We had ages 41 to 86 and all in-between. Most rooms are easy enough for the seniors to access, but a couple are out of reach for them. They had trouble getting on the tall beds but once there everyone slept well. There is so much space to enjoy each other or spread out for separate conversations. And the kitchen is so well stocked! The owners are so nice and quickly responded to any questions. Highly recommend!

Birthday Getaway

We have 6 of us for a birthday getaway. What a fun house and great time we had. Ray and Bobbie were so nice and even set up a campfire for us. It was very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of room for us to have our own space to go recharge. Will be back!!

We had a great time during our stay. The Farmhouse accommodated all of family. There was enough space to enjoy spending time together but also places to go if some “quiet” times was needed. The property manager responded quickly for check-in and answered our questions promptly.

Great stay!

Ray and Bobbie were great hosts. At first we were a bit confused by the layout of the house but it quickly grew on us. By the end we found its quirkiness to be fun and inviting. We would most definitely stay there again. Thanks again, Bobbie and Ray!
