The hotel was lovely and the staff was great. The biggest drawbacks were absolutely no amenities ie restaurant, bar, snack machine, ice. There is an option to pay for a continental breakfast but it starts at 8am & I was already gone. The other concern was parking. There is a 1 way side street that is free to park. It is hard to find an open space & on the 4th night someone backed into my rental and left. They do offer paid parking in a lot a few blocks away.

Like the room with private roof top deck & pool. The linen & king size bed was comfortable. Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room as part of standard room amenities. Apart from that, I had a good 3 night stay in this property.

This is the second time I'm staying here. I love this place, it's quiet, the sun hits the pool perfectly, so relaxing in it makes it wonderful. The rooms are excellent and the beds are so comfy... I'm coming back every time. Gotta say too, the staff makes the stay really pleasant as well.

Great location, looks clean but saw roaches in the room that they keep the towels, the towels smelled bad and a little torn. The windows are made of wood so they made a lot of noise with the wind. The private "pool" is smaller than a jacuzzi but nice little area. There wasn't any parking and I choosed that hotel because of the parking lot. The front desk people could try to smile a little. The front desk girl couldn't stop seeing her Novela in her phone while we checked in.

Luck of amenities, it would be nice to have a shelf in the room, a box of tissues, a mirror, other than the one in the bathroom. Very happy with the staff, especially Juliana, who was always with a positive attitude and willing to assist us in anything we needed.

The staff is great. However, the hotel lacks basic amenities such as a box of tissue, not enough hand soap and more toilet paper. Everything was very limited. Also, if I may suggest, a shelf for placing personal items in the shower would be nice.

Good Experience

I had a good time at this hotel. The rooms are very good, I had one with a terrace and a little pool, very convenient for the hot weather of Merida. The location is also very central, being close to restaurants and other attractions. Overall, great experience.

This was a great place to stay in Mérida, perfect location and the room was very comfortable! We stayed in one of the rooms with a private pool, perfect for two people to spend a hot afternoon. The room was clean, quiet and the mattress was soft and comfortable. The only thing that would make it better is a mini fridge so that you could enjoy cold drinks while sitting in the pool! Speaking of cold drinks, you were always able to refill your water bottle with cold purified water in the front lobby, which really came in handy. While we never availed ourselves of the service, there was a small cafe in the centre that served coffee and breakfast too. Good location, close to one of the main squares, plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Walking home at night felt perfectly safe and well lit. All in all if I return to Mérida I would stay here again!

The hotel was fine in most ways. Mostly clean, well kept etc and with a very comfortable bed. Some odd features such as wooden shutters instead of window, but may well be just unusual for our tastes. Air con worked well and really needed to! Did not feel a true 5-star though.
