Huge disappointment 😥 the photos and Google rating is misleading. Hotel is very old, has got mold in 50% of the rooms and WiFi works only close to reception

El agua caliente de la regadera no fue constante. De la coladera de la regadera salía un olor a drenaje, no daban ganas de usar el baño, se informó al personal y fueron a rociar aromatizante, ¡disfrazando el olor!

La estancia estuvo muy bien, la recepcionista muy amable, solo nos tocó una noche con fiesta de los vecinos pero la siguiente estuvo muy bien. Me agrado que acepten mascotas, el clima enfria super bien, cuando llegue demoraron para atenderme, el pago es en las instalaciones a tu llegada solo te descuenta expedia por los seguro al momento de la reserva, y a la salida a pesar de que tiene especificado la hora no hay nadie que reciba tu salida, el wifi no sirvio me comentaron que no llegaba a la habitación.

Definitivamente dista mucho de lo que se ofrece en la app. El clima nunca enfrió, la habíacion tiene mucho olor a humedad, la piscina sucia por la mañana, y que en la noche anterior un grupo de parejas la ocuparon y dejaron sucia. Solo ví al Recepcionista por la tarde el día que llegue, nunca más vía nadie más.
