Very basic room. Only one nightstand The bed was like plywood. A/C on or off no setting a temp. No chairs in room. Never any water in toilet. Leftovers in fridge when we arrived. Had to ask to have room cleaned. Shower head leaking all over. Staff very friendly.

Our room was on the second floor, number 11, where the air conditioning did not blow cool air, but only warm air, so we had to sleep sweaty. I could not sleep sweaty😡 That's why we went to swim in the outdoor pool at 1 am. But the staff came to say that it was not allowed. Should they even have asked why we were swimming in the middle of the night? When checking out, I told them about the non-working air conditioning, to which the receptionist just thanked me for my feedback😡 How in hell can you sleep in a communist cube in a beach hotel when the sun is shining during the day and the heat is over 40 degrees, and at night the temperature does not drop in a brick house? Every room should also have a large ceiling fan in addition to air conditioning in a hotel of this level. IN FINLAND as an accommodation entrepreneur, problems are addressed and fixed immediately, and in such cases the booker is compensated or a new night is paid. This is real customer service from Finland. But here in Mexico they don't even care about feedback as long as they get the money😡 I think 117 euros per night is way too much for a hotel of this standard😡

El que ofrecen estacionamiento es una MENTIRA, no lo hay. Lo dejas el auto en la calle y es misión imposible encontrar lugar en temporada alta. No nos realizaron la limpieza de la habitación. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.
