Beautiful location. Perfectly quiet and spectacular views. Parts of the apartment and building are a little dated, but well kept. We had no bath towels in our room on arrival. It was sorted quickly.

The location and staff were fabulous - so close to beaches and great coffee. The property was clean only negative was that the kitchen had very few plates and bowls etc. We really like to prepare our own meals and that was tricky. But loved it.

Perfect location. Right on the water's edge with views across the lake to Merimbula town. Short walk to beaches, cafe, takeaways. 20 walk to restaurants and supermarket.
