Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Please put furniture back in place.
Please start towels. Leave all stripped bedding in each room.
Take all trash out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If bringing dogs - there will be a pet fee of $200, all dogs must be approved. Additional fee of $200 if dog poop is left in yard.
If additional guests above the 12 are staying, you must get approval. Additional fee for cleaning and guests will be charged.
Moving of large furniture, beds, and dressers is NOT allowed. Chairs ok, please return to original location. Fee will be charged if not put back
