Rooms were dirty, the room had not been vacuumed, there were stains on the carpet and walls, beds were really uncomfortable. Even the iron board was filthy. Staff was nice but what does that matter when the rooms are trash. I can go more into details but long story short this was a horrible stay.

Carpet was dirty, it’s obvious they don’t pay attention to detail when cleaning.
The dirty on these corners makes me question how often they mop/sweep

Hotel was conveniently located, and beds were comfortable. Aside from that, the stay was way below average for a Comfort Suites. Room was dirty, chain lock was half broken, pillowcases and comforter were stained, curtains were broken. We had three people in the room and had 2 towels and no washcloths. Microwaved bacon looked raw. Keys were deactivated at 6 a.m. on our last day and elevator was broken. Pool was cloudy, and paint was peeling off. Would never stay here again.

It was good. I upgraded to a bigger room which was great. I only took away a point because the floors were nasty and definitely needed a deep cleaning or better, to be replaced. There was sticky stuff on the floors. I had babies so it was hard for us since they kept gravitating to the floors to play. But I did enjoy the hotel. Hopefully they replace them. Especially if babies are involved for the rooms they send them to.

Cheap and it shows, but the staff is nice

I booked a room with two beds and a pull-out couch, but the hotel had it under one King bed. They upgraded the room for us. The beds were ok. The carpet has sticky stains. The shower head needed to be upgraded as it didn't change positions well. The shower pressure was only decent on one setting that was a focused stream. The breakfast was ok, but needed to be refilled a little more frequently. The staff was very nice.

Terrible Hotel Accommodations

This hotel isn’t worth the rate that they charge. Not even close! Room was so-so at best. Bathroom floor hadn’t been mopped in weeks. House keeping never cleaned the room while we were there, even after we requested service. The desk clerk cleaned our room one night because my wife complained. The continental breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:00. I don’t know about other people but I don’t get up they damn early when I’m on vacation so I never tried the breakfast. We paid over $100 per night for our stay. This hotel shouldn’t charge more than $60 a night. It’s not worth more than that.
