Manager straight up lied to our faces. Said he would let us cancel if Expedia was ok to do it due to circumstances. Contacted Expedia and they were happy to help us out and spoke to the manager who then decided to be a greedy man and reneg on his offer to let us cancel without penalty. Straight up liar greedy man and was probably not expecting us to follow through with Expedia directly. The front desk was unmanned for about 30 mins while we were trying to get Expedia in contact with manager. No idea where he went but he wasn't answering the phone nor was he anywhere to be seen in the reception area. I would NOT recommend this place no matter how desperate you might be for a bed. Expedia were absolutely wonderful with us over the phone during this whole ordeal and I would suggest they reconsider having any relationship with this particular hotel.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful! My daughter enjoyed the breakfast options. I wish there was a protein at breakfast like cheese or boiled eggs, maybe we were a little early. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and will stay in the future during our travels. Price was great too!
