Ruby, the general Mgr of the property was amazing! She helped us out with early arrival on both days. We stayed here a day before & after our cruise. It was a perfect location to get us ready for the cruise. There’s literally a cruise parking across the street from the condo. The rooms were spacious and very nice! The view off are balcony was awesome. Watching boats, dolphins & manatees go in & out of the canal. There was an onsite restaurant it was ok. Walmart within 11 minute drive. Everything was amazing at this place!

This was definitely an experience that was well worth the money. The place was actually bigger than the photos make it appear to be. It is so chill and relaxed at this location. The restaurant on the premises was outstanding and seeing siphons and manatees in the morning was the icing on the stay! Cranes and pelicans were right there to watch as well. Ruby is very kind and helpful. She gave me guidance on where to park and where the boat was, as well as how to key into the boat. Highly recommend this experience!!

The property itself is small but perfectly formed. A shame we couldn’t use the outdoor space due to the weather. The only gripe I had was the communication from the property was through the Expedia app and everything was sent via html and jumbled up; really hard to read. This made it difficult to find the place at check in. Could have done with a map of the dock area.
