Ich war das erste Mal im Hotel Römer zu Gast. Das Check-In war unkompliziert und ich konnte noch das Frühstück dazu buchen, welches ich jedoch zeitlich nur einmal in Anspruch nahm. Das Service Personal im Restaurant war sehr nett, musste einen Abend leider 20 Minuten auf mein Getränk warten, obwohl augenscheinlich nicht viel los war. Das Zimmer war gut. Spinnenweben über dem Bett haben leider den Eindruck etwas getrübt, ebenso wie Staub auf manchen Ablagen. Alles in Allem kann man für den Preis nichts sagen.

Guter Aufenthalt in Merzig

Alles war in Ordnung! Grosses Zimmer mit geräumigem Bad, sehr bequemes Bett und Parkplatz vorm Haus. Das Personal im Hotel und im Restaurant sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken im Restaurant ansprechend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Servicen fra personalets side var super - de var utrolig venlige og meget behjælpelige. Der var bla. hængt friske håndklæder på vores værelsesdør de dage hvor vi havde "do not disturb" skiltet på. Værelse og badeværelse var fint rent. Der var meget lydt så man kunne let høre når folk gik ude på gangen eller var på værelserne ovenover eller nedenunder. Der var wifi på hotellet men det var først sidste dag at vi kunne komme på på værelset hvilket var lidt irriterende. Hotellet ligger ved jernbanen og der er en del biltrafik også men ligger i gåafstand fra cafe og restauranter.
