Very disappointed

Our room was on the first floor where there was no ice machine. I had to go to the casino level to get ice. We were not informed of this! They should not have taken the hotdog stand out!! Little kids were running up and down the hallway being really loud.

The pool was nice, but our room was falling apart. We woke up in the middle of the night to water on our floor, which our phones were sitting next to. When I explain this to the front desk, they did nothing about it.

We went there for a friends birthday. We do love staying there, they have a GREAT pool! They also have good places to eat. Its an older hotel and needs some love but its clean and the staff are friendly

Pretty mid property for stay. The cleanliness was below par. The rooms had no coffee station, not even decent lighting - just 2 dull lamps. Would give this a miss if I'm staying in Mesquite again.

Nice atmosphere with the waterfall out front. Didn't like that the waterfall wasn't lit up at night. Check in was quick and simple. Decent amount of slot machines and the band playing the night we stayed was excellent.

Resort is convenient to the area. Hotel is dated and needs some upgradea. Pool is nice and casino on site is helpful. More dining options are needed.

Price gouging in gift shop for water. Ice machines seem to run out early. Had to go up 4 flights to find some. Can't drop your suitcase off at check in as only valet can park at entrance. Overwhelming smell of smoke. No filter?

Casa Blanca No Bueno

Not the friendliest at the front desk. We get to our room and there is no fridge. We went back down and asked the gal at the front desk if there were supposed to be fridges in the room like it says there are on their website. She said no. That they had removed them all last July because they were electric.🤔 but were slowly putting them back in. Then the toilet wouldn’t flush correctly. The sink wouldn’t drain. The tub was disgustingly stained and dripped non stop, and slow to drain. Needless to say, we will not be staying at the Casa Blanca again.
