Place is beautiful in lobby. Upstairs carpet looks worn. Room was great however floor of shower had mold, toiletries in shower were empty and worse of all the sheets in one of the beds was dirty. It had something stuck on it that scraped my foot. Called for new sheets and they just dropped them off, didn’t even offer to change them which left us with dirty sheets on our room floor.

After a much disastrous experience at a different hotel, my family and I ended up returning to Fairfield Inn. The staff’s friendliness and welcoming demeanor during check in and breakfast (which is delicious) made out trip much better. Thank you for the amazing customer service! We recently stayed at the Fairfield Hotel in Mexicali and had a great experience! We booked three rooms for our group, and everyone was happy with the accommodations. The hotel is in a great location very walkable and close to shopping, which made it super convenient for us. Despite being near everything, it was surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you're visiting Mexicali !!!

everything was amazing, our room it was nice and clean, also the employees were so nice !! the morning breakfast buffet excellent. my only complain it’s about the pool, the water was extremely cold, i couldn’t enjoy it. i think it’s something that the company needs to fix!
