Every time I check into this hotel there's always an issue with the jacuzzi not hot. down for maintenance, I mean every time. And I go to this hotel because they have that jacuzzi and it's very disappointing.

There were issues with the air conditioning, and the matter was not addressed promptly after the problem was identified. A second call was necessary to find a solution, which involved relocating to a different room. Considering the inconvenience, a discount for the trouble would have been appreciated.

Since I booked a suite with a balcony, I was excited to return to the Hotel Araiza. But there were some downsides to my stay. There was no water pressure or hot water. Tough to shave! The air conditioning worked, but it didn't go below 80 degrees until 9:00 PM. The left side of the mattress was worn and sunken in. It wasn't comfortable. The 2 free drinks for VIP status were from a limited selection. The buffet closed at 7:45 PM on a Friday night! I hope when I return in July it’s a more pleasant experience.
