There was no hot water in the room and there was no heat in the room it was freezing cold. I requested a refund and a room transfer and got no use with Expedia it was a horrible experience.
not exactly,also when I got here I forgot that I had pid on line and the guy on the desk even with the document printed from the computer still asked me if I was going to pay with credit card,now I trying to get my money reimbursed but expedia does not trust me what I say about
this action from the desk attendant is not profetional,I just imagine how many times this guys have done this to costumers and how many do not report it!!!
