The staff was very friendly and courteous. They always greeted us with a smile. Saul, the doorman, was so friendly and let us practice our Spanish with him. The room was nice and well equipped. Nice and dark at night. The street noise still made it way to us but didn’t bother us.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group of five couples. The hotel is new, and you can definitely tell — the rooms are modern, clean, and nicely designed. The facilities themselves have a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was consistently cold every morning, which was very frustrating. There was only one staff member managing the breakfast area, and she was not pleasant. She never smiled and did not make guests feel welcome. To make matters worse, one of my friends became sick after eating the fruit served at breakfast, which was very concerning. Additionally, three pieces of clothing went missing from my room. We searched everywhere and could not find them. When I reported this to the receptionist, we had to wait a long time to speak with the manager. There was no sense of urgency, apology, or empathy shown regarding the situation. One of the couples traveling with us also requested additional towels and soap and never received them, despite asking. Overall, while the hotel itself is new and visually appealing, the lack of customer service, cold breakfast, missing belongings, and unfulfilled requests made this a very disappointing stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the guest experience.

We were not advised by the hotel ahead of our arrival that there was major road work being completed right in front of the hotel. We had booked a balcony room and due to the construction noise and dust we were unable to enjoy this amenity we had paid extra for. Also the hotel is across the road from a bar that is super noisy every day and night until 5am. We were unable to sleep for our entire 7 nights. The hotel was sold out and was only able to move for our last couple of nights to a room further away from the road. The new room though further away was not much better. If we had been advised by the hotel ahead of time about the road construction we mostly likely would have cancelled our reservation and booked elsewhere. If you like sleep, i would book elsewhere

Staff is very helpful, the location is amazing, and the rooms are large, modern, comfortable and clean. The only complaint we had is that the included breakfast is not very good and the restaurant staff were not very friendly. There is also road construction taking place in front of the hotel so access isn't the best but once that is complete it should be great. If you can, try to get a room at the back of the hotel. The first 3 nights we were there we had a room at the back and couldn't hear any noise from the clubs across the street. On our return trip, we had a room for 1 night towards the front of the building and could hear the nightclubs at 4:00 am.

The hotel is great for the price. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were super helpful and friendly, and they responded promptly whenever I sent messages with questions. Breakfast is not a buffet. Instead, there is a menu and breakfast is served for free, which was a really nice surprise. There is some construction around the hotel due to World Cup preparations, but otherwise the location is perfect.
