We enjoyed the premium level, the staff was great. Laura our housekeeper was great and very helpful. When we arrive the entrance was closed but, it was removed after. One recommendation will be to please inform guest about know match or street closures. It will help us plan. Thank you all for your work and help during our stay.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. It was my children’s first time in Mexico City, and thanks to the incredible service and warm attention at the hotel, they’re already asking when we can come back! The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy for us to explore the city.
