Estancia muy cómoda y eficiente, muy cerca del WTC y un proceso de entrada muy eficiente. El cuarto es cómodo y acogedor.

Above and beyond.

The place is nice and room was great. Great coffee shop in the building and lots of common area including a rooftop deck. The manager was very accommodating as the listed amenities were inaccurate at the time, since resolved, and he went through all the hoops to make it right.

I was looking forward to staying at this modern looking place. I never received an email with a door code to my room as the place does not have staff or a front desk onsite. I arrived in the evening and had to contact hotels.com to request such codes to building and room info. The hotel finally responded saying I had not paid, that was incorrect. They finally responded 40 minutes later and never apologized for lack of communication before my trip. The room was ok, but did not have a comforter cover or a top sheet for the bed, I had to use a towel to cover myself. The room was clean, but the second day nobody went in to clean it. The light fixtures were broken and the some lightbulbs were out. I am not staying there ever again and I will not recommend this place.

Hace falta que limpien la regadera, tanto el utencilio de donde sale el agua (quitarle el sarro)- como la parte baja de la pared- quitar el moho

Muy bonita propiedad. La atención al llegar es excelente. El lugar muy limpio, seguro, tranquilo. Tienen la opción de resguardar tu maleta y en el hotel hay una cafetería muy linda. Los únicos peros nada grave fue que tarda un poco en salir el agua caliente y faltaba jabón para manos, pero es algo mínimo, considerando que hicimos la reserva y a los 15 minutos ya estábamos haciendo check in. Recomendado.

No es un hotel como tal

En los 8 días de estancia solo hicieron el aseo 3 veces y hubo hormigas en el baño y en la recámara Batallé para encontrarlo ya que no tiene algún letrero como hotel Probablemente tenga yo la culpa de no leer las condiciones del hotel pero yo buscaba un hotel con recepción y aseo diario lo cual no ocurrió parece más bien un Airbnb porque también tarde cerca de 2 horas en completar el check in y que me mandaran la clave para poder entrar al cuarto

Lindo lugar, pésima respuesta al cliente

El lugar es lindo, pero la atención es pésima, solo hay personal después de las 10 de mañana y antes de las 8 de la noche. Hay un número de WhatsApp pero solo el primer día me contestaron, posteriormente escribí porque se filtró agua con la lluvia y se inundó la habitación, pero no había personal de limpieza ni tampoco me contestaron, escribí varias veces y sigo esperando contestación. Necesitaba plancha para la ropa porque tenía un Congreso pero como no hay nadie de personal temprano, no pude conseguir la plancha. En general me sentí muy decepcionada del servicio.

La habitación que nos tocó esta vez el baño olía mal a caño lo solucionaron un día nos cambiaron de habitación , pero al.día siguiente nos dieron de nuevo la habitación Premium más cara por cierto que otra que nos habíaos hospedado anteriormente, pero de nuevo olió mal el baño y se salía el olor a la habitación y aparte se metió el agua por la terraza. Ellos hicieron todo por la atención pero no se solucionó el problema Si Olia muy mal. Eso si tienen buen Servicio nunca nos había pasado una mala experiencia y si nos hemos.quedado varias veces en esta propiedad.

SUPER LUGAR

Tiene todo lo que necesitas, cama cómoda, lugar limpio, buen internet, áreas de trabajo, donde lavar tu ropa, etc. Ya he parado en este lugar porque mis reuniones son en el Pepsi center, llegas caminando y en area es muy segura. Para una o varias noches este lugar es sin duda mi favorito de todos los alrededores, en la linda terraza hay una cocina con todo a tu disposición o bien en la planta baja una caferería de 10!. Sin duda volveré.

Atención al cliente inexistente. Escribí un día antes de la llegada. Escribí el día de la llegada por este medio y por WhatsApp. La reserva era para mi, pero me dió COVID, entonces la ocuparon mis papás, personas de la tercera edad que NO TIENEN PINCHE IDEA de cómo hacer check-in contactless. enviaron instrucciones? NO! Respondieron los mensajes escritos? NO! Hay instrucciones en el lugar? NO! Hubo seguimiento?! NO! Afortunadamente pudo ir mi hermana a ayudarlos, pero la sensación con la que se quedaron mis padres, que son completamente independientes… esa no se las acepto. Avisen que el lugar NO ES AMIGABLE pra la tercera edad, personas con discapacidad. Es una estupidez! Muy lindo. Pésima atención. No regresaremos. No recomendáremos. Es más cada vez que pueda calificaré mal. Con mis papás no!
