We loved this hospital the attention is amazing every time we go Ramiro is the best always setting us up with reservations to the best restaurants and places to visit. The only downside is the air conditioning it doesn’t cool so much

Overall, the hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Some of the staff at the main restaurant could use some improvement in their guest service. The hotel is situated directly on a highway, which results in considerable outside noise. The rooms, as do the hallways, are in desperate need of an upgrade.
