From the check in to check out. The customer service was amazing!! Came to CDMX on a birthday trip and they surprised me with a little cake and letter in my room. Love how they have 24/7 security and great food. I am definitely returning to this hotel! Very convenient since it’s attached to the airport. You need to stay here! Thanks to the front desk, security, and cleaning crew!

The hotel is being remodeled, but the staff was very helpful in directing you to where you needed to go. The airport shuttle was a big plus. There was no minibar in my room, but the room was clean and comfortable
