Staff is Courteous, professional, service oriented. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Went with friends and occupied a total of three rooms and all were very happy. Hotel is in great location accessible to all areas and AWAY from area usually used for manifestations. Another of our friends stayed in the area of El Ángel or el Paseo de la Reforma and could not leave the area due to a turmoil.

Air/heat stuck at 26 degrees celcius. Had an error code CF or CH. The bathroom sink was plugged, slow, slow drain. The shower soap device came off the wall when I tried to dispense soap. I'll never stay here again.
