Most of the staff was great, friendly and very helpful, however, I was woken up in the middle of the night by someone at the front desk who didn't take time to verify a noise complaint before calling, the towels look like they're about to fall apart and the buffet food was cold and not a lot of options. The shower on the room I had was not very well thought out as it made it very uncomfortable to take a shower, most of the water ran down the wall because of the way the showerhead was positioned, however, the room was very comfortable and clean, the bed was great for a good night sleep after a long day of walking.

Issues with cleanliness and service

Hotel is well-located and in good condition but there were cleanliness issues and issues with the service. With a hotel that is well-reviewed and established I would expect better service, but it felt like they were not really caring for the stay.

I was very disappointed with these facility. The towels had wholes they were very old. My room was on the 4th floor. The tenants were vey noisy and it was hard to sleep at night. The room didn’t have an iron, so I called front desk to get one. The guy at the front wanted to keep my drivers license bc I wanted to keep the iron. Ridiculous!

The hotel was very close to all major attractions. The hot water was not working so I had to call the front desk to help with this issue. The bed was not what I am use to but it was ok for a couple of days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location for many CDMX sights. Located in Centro Historico it's an easy walk to Zocalo, Bellas Artes, museums etc. Lots of eating establishments in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean and updated. The bed was a little soft for us but otherwise loved the room. The breakfast buffet was just ok, not great. They need to add some plant based meatless options. Very friendly and attentive service from all staff. Will stay there again!

The food was very good. The bed was just fine. Internet was a little sketchy. There is no English version on the TV. There were a couple spots in the rooftop patio area that needed some attention, but was otherwise nice but would’ve been really nice with loungers. The staff was very good and helpful. Great location I thought. I like the architecture inside.
