Great place to stay on business or vacation. Friendly staff excellent service! Check in was easy. I requested a taxi for the following day. The front desk arranged everything. I would definitely stay at the property again.

Pesima experiencia Hyatt Regency MX Insurgentes

Arruino todo el proceso de check-out, un día anterior habia solicitado apoyo para contar servicio de taxi para el traslado al aeropuerto, hasta ahi todo se hizo perfecto. El problema fue que llegando a recepción (19/03 a la 6:15) habia una situación-problema con unos clientes y me tuvieron 25 minutos parado esperando ser atendido, requeria salir puntual ya que tenia que tener mi traslado al aeropuerto. Al ser atendido y reclamar al encargado la respuesta fue que "tenia que entender por la situación", una respuesta sumamente indiferente, faltante de servicio e interes por sus clientes, tengo años (incluyendo internacionalmente) hospendandome en esta cadena de hoteles y tengan por seguro que despues de esta experiencia jamas lo considerare o recomendare, la expectativa a este nivel es un servicio arriba del promedio, esta persona en particular no deberia de estar en esa cadena de hoteles

I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the building and decor are. High quality, good finishes, and elegant. The lobby bar and restaurant look great. The room was spacious, looked brand new, and very modern. It also had a balcony, but would have liked for it to face the WTC which I think would have been a nicer view.

Dirty rooms

Second time I stay here, and cleanliness of the room has been an issue both times. This time it was worse. The room was poorly cleaned upon arrival (hair on the floor, trash in a trashcan) and the available room to switch had a dirty toilet. I preferred to stay in the original room to discover later that the coffee machine had not been cleaned, the coffee cup was dirty, and the water in the shower didn't drain. Even when all the staff was very nice, it was a disappointing experience because of how dirty the rooms were.

El hotel estaba lleno y fue evidente que el personal estaba rebasado en su capacidad en el restaurante, deben mejorar el servicio. La limpieza de los cuartos también es un aspecto a revisar.

Absolute perfection in Mexico City.

What an incredibly wonderful experience to stay at this hotel. I travel a lot and it’s rare that a hotel is absolute perfection. Such is the case with the Hyatt Regency Mexico City Insurgentes. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet hotel in the WTC. I look forward to my next day.
