Overall, this location fit our needs and number of guests. It was in a good location to let us explore CDMX, we primarily spent time in Condesa and Roma Norte. Easy access to a couple shops and cafes walking distance from the rental. The outdoor space was pretty fantastic, and we utilized it whenever we could. Bedding and towels were adequate, and the bedrooms were perfect for our crew of 12. Though honestly, I don't think the rental can take any more than that. Our biggest issues had to do with the bathrooms. When we arrived, they reeked of mold, to the point where several of our group started to develop very bad allergic reactions. Airing out the rooms helped a bit, but by that point the damage was done to our guests and we had to get them medication to manage. A more adequate job of cleaning the bathrooms is critical from the rental management.Lastly, the entire house has clearly aged compared to the pictures. Water damage, chipping paint, the general fit and finish of the rental did not live up to the images. Lighting was poor, and didn't reflect well in pictures we took for celebrating our event. And the key / entrance management to the property was awkward, at best. These aren't the biggest issues for us, but still, worth mentioning.Sadly, we wouldn't want to stay at this location again. Pretty much everyone in the crew agreed we could do better next time. We think this place can be great, but it needs some fixing up.
