The hotel is well located and within walking distance to many good restaurants in a safe area. The breakfast is amazing with so much variety and good quality. Worth the money to add breakfast. There is a good gym at the hotel and although I didn’t use the pool there is also a swimming pool. The room was a nice spacious size with a very comfortable bed. The only advice I have for the hotel is that the diffuser they use in the lobby is too strong and is overpowering if you stay in the lobby for more than a few minutes. I like a nice fragrance in a hotel lobby but this was way too much. Other than this it was a very comfortable stay and I would stay here again. Good value for money too.

Breakfast was fairly fresh. A great variety. Some things you can tell do not get consumed and might not be fresh the day after especially on the bread table however there are always fresh options available. Juices were great. The hot prep was great. We had an issue with the AC and someone was supposed to be sent up to fix the issue but never really came.

I had a really positive stay at the NH Collection Mexico Reforma in Mexico City. The hotel is in a prime spot in the zona rosa with lots of welcoming vibes. Plus, the price for the quality I received was fantastic, so definitely a great value. Overall, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located stay.

The room was nice and clean but we had to wait until after 3pm to check-in. They took our luggage and stored them while we went out to eat. When we got back we were escorted to our room. Please note that these rooms do not have carpet floors so you can hear the other guests coming and going in their rooms. There’s a OXXO right next to the hotel which has everything you need. Plus the hotel has an area where guests can get picked up by cars service or they can get you a taxi if you want. Very convenient area.
