We stayed at a gorgeous hotel in Polanco and were honestly blown away. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home—warm, professional, and always ready with a smile or a great recommendation. Our room was a dream—quiet, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location couldn’t be better. We were just minutes away from all the good stuff in Polanco: the best restaurants, parks, cafes, and shopping. We’ll absolutely be coming back. The hotel was beautiful inside and out, very artistic with an old colonial charm on the exterior and a modern artistic style interior. The staff were all exceptional! They were always ready to help. The amenities were perfect for our family. I would definitely book it again and recommend it.

We loved our stay at Utopic! The building, rooms, staff, and neighborhood were exceptional. The only thing we had trouble with was a plumbing issue, but that is to be expected in an old beautiful building. I think that they could also improve their breakfast as well, but, again, not a big issue for me. I really, genuinely enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back the next time that I am in Mexico City.

Perfectly amazing, and the staff are overly friendly and attentive. The rooms are gorgeous and clean, and the location can't be beat. We didn't realize there would also be an "Honor Bar" in the basement complete with a pool table for winding down the nights. Plus, the complimentary breakfast (with great green juice) was the perfect way to start our day. Definitely would stay again!
