Extremely horrible room, it was a godown converted into a hotel room. There were no windows. The shower on one side, the toilet and wash basin on the other side. The room felt very unsafe if there is a fire or theft, no outlet. No sunlight in the room as there were no windows or balcony to the room. The pictures on the website and hotels.com are deceptive. Hot water took more than 5 mins; you need to stand in the shower and wait for the hot water for more than 5 minutes. Same situation for the wash basin. The only ventilation to the room is your HVAC. At times room felt worse than a jail room. I am not sure how Mexico City approved this as a hotel room or a bedroom. Extremely horrible customer service, when I communicated with them, they said the rooms are not available and fully booked, then they wanted more money for a window or balcony room.

Staff were courteous, the location is in the heart of Polanco Mexico City, I had everything around me - restaurants, bars, pharmacies, lounges etc.. Ubers are able to come directly to the entrance of the apartment to pick me up whenever I want to go out, check in was easy, room was spacious and the bed was a king size. This apartment offered everything I wanted and I highly recommend it.. I will stay again. Thanks ✨✨✨✨✨

This is not a quiet place to stay. I can hear neighbors talking all night, hear the TV next door, the cleanliness of the place is not up to par. I had to buy more socks because the floors were so dirty that my socks acted like a mop. The areas around the bathroom had hair, the garbage can floor had hair and the desk had hair mangled on the desk chair.
