I had one room with 2 beds. The bedsheets had so many tiny/small hair on it. Too many to clean them and it was a grossly feeling. We spread our cloths on the comforter to cover up Check in staff and the person who helped w our luggage were very kind

The property was old. This place needs an update badly!!! There was an electrical outage at the hotel so we had no lights in the washroom. The hotel wasn’t dirty. It was just really old and you could see that wear and tear of the place. There is no pool. The best thing I would say about this hotel is the Staff. I have never met nicer and more accommodating staff members from the moment of our arrival. They were very Nice and helpful. We ended up going to Polanco for dinner. It was close to airport

Very clean room, fast check-in and great location. We were searching for a hotel with early check-in, since we were in wait for our midnight flight. So this hotel was covenient for its 2pm check-in and its great location. Very nice staff, and great service. However, the outside streets seemed a little dangerous at night time so that was one thing to be careful of. Overall nothing special to be noticed otherwise. Standard hotel.
