Cancelled with no notice Alexander Hotel Miami

Had reservation for over 10 months. Reserved for 3 nights for 4 people. Check in was at 4:00. I had communicated with host both 2 days and day before. After arriving in Miami a few hours before check out got an email that reservation (already paid in full) was cancelled. Scrambled to find a hotel. Taylor Swift in town so not to many options. Finally found one. Do not rent a place at the Alexander hotel in Miami
