Location is great. Right in the center area of dining and shopping. The best part is a broad walk path that is great for pedestrians and bikers. Everything is convenient. The building is old but doable.

The hotel has a perfect location, the restaurant they have is good too. What I didn’t like is a poor sound isolation, I could hear everything and everyone near my room, also there was a noise of part of the building or something. Maybe because the building it’s is old. The worst thing was that extra fee they charge as a resort fee ($20 or so per night). I was charged additionally to my total payment when I got there.

The toilet in the room didn’t work so we had to stay in another room for 1 night. Location is perfect. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. They will also hold your luggage if you get there early or have a late flight.

Ive stayed at alot of hotels in Miami beach but this one is my favorite so far. The staff was so nice, the room and the property was clean. It felt safe to be there. They have the option to use their bikes which we did. It was nice to get out and explore. They also have beach chairs and towels for their guests. I found this very convenient. I will be staying there again.

The property is a bit dated. It used to take almost 10 minutes for the shower water to warm up, which was frustrating. The elevator felt unreliable—it seemed like it might get stuck at any moment, and the door didn’t open smoothly at all. On the positive side, I really liked how close it was to the beach—it’s in a great, easily accessible location. The front desk staff, however, seemed low energy and not very welcoming.

This is a nice property but it is on the older side and needs a deep clean and updating. . Surface level things were clean for the most part but my white desk had stains on it, the floors are tile and need a deep clean. My ceiling fan was very dusty and therefore not usable.
