There were hidden resort fees. The toilet didn't flush properly. The door didn't lock properly. The room telephone didn't work. Management refused to give us a new room and didn't give us a promised credit. The room was clean and the location is ideal.

I arrived early, 1pm and understandably the room wasn’t available. They took my bag but wouldn’t check me in which meant I couldn’t get a towel or seat on the beach. Room was ok but ocean drive is noisy, even on a Monday night. Had earplugs so didn’t hear much. Shower didn’t work properly.
