Other Things to Note:
- The front desk will require a $100 security hold at check-in (cash only) and returned at checkout pending no damages.
- ID is required for check-in.
- Guests must be +21.
- We do not accept 3rd party reservations, the booking guest must be the person checking in.
- Denied underaged and 3rd party guests will not be issued a refund.
- All units have sealed windows, with AC and a fan for ventilation. There is no heating system, as it’s too rarely cold in Miami.
- Housekeeping offers optional extra cleanings for $69.
- Each guest is issued one set of towels, but they also offer extra towel service for fee. Please inquire directly with the front desk. Beware that missing or stained linen could be charged to your card for replacement value.
- Smoking, vaping, incense or candles are strictly forbidden.
- Units have a microwave but no stove top.
- Breakfast or extra coffee is not included.
- Beware that South Beach is generally noisy. If you have an unfortunate case of a noisy neighbor, please reach out to us or the front desk.
- Make sure not to park your car in a residential zone, the city quickly tows away unpermitted cars.
- A local manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
