Little Havana

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Inside very clean and nice. We were there for Orange Bowl, but house is central to downtown and we enjoyed South Miami Beach which is 30 mintutes from house. Price of rental was reasonable, the only things we disliked were the TV channels, need more channels, my husband was disappointed we could not watch football games on TV. We had ESPN app on our phones from our local service but could not get it to load on TV. Very few channels offered on TV. We prefer a hot shower, shower is ok but water in shower is colder than we prefer because of shower settings. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Valencia Jackson

We are the first guests to stay in the property. Happy to receive warm welcome with a bottle of wine. The stay was pleasant, property was great with all needed amenities. Any major attraction like downtown, beach, water activities are just in 20 minutes drive. The early morning birds chirping is awesome. There is decent amount of greenery around the home, sitting in the backyard for a snack/drink or front yard for a coffee with friends is beautiful. The owner is very quick in responding when we have kitchen sink clot, but need to wait till next day morning, can understand it's tough to get repair at 9pm in night it's good to have a grinder in either of the sinks. Nice if there is a king bed or 2 beds in any one room.

Property manager communicated well. Great location for all we wanted to do. Nice touches (books in rooms, welcoming card, lights/TVs on for our arrival) great experience!
