We were stranded in Miami for a night due to flight cancellations and needed a room. Easy to reserve with Expedia and the staff made the process smooth when we arrived. Accommodations were fine for a quick overnight stay.

The website currently advertises a continental breakfast but it is currently under renovations so no breakfast is available. This should have been clearly stated. The room was dated in style but the only thing that matters is the cleanliness! The room was very clean but the tub had some kind of stain or grime on it.

Check in process was pretty bad. They did not have a system to handle vouchers and already booked reservations. The room feels like it hasnt been updated since the 90's.

Room was ok, Staff was very good. Hotel needs a bit of updating, but was pretty clean and comfortable. The restaurant on the other hand was a bit scarey and pricey for the product.

Nice staff! Clean room! Staff confused on how to get shuttle at airport! Three staff told me completely different directions! Shuttle to cruise port only on weekends! Screwed here too, but desk guy Jorge got a taxi for two of us going to port so saved $15-20 dollars! Staff very nice!

It took a long time for the shuttle to arrive at the airport. I saw many other hotel shuttles come 2-3 times while waiting for mine. The building is old and not well maintained. It is scuffed and the carpets look very old. The curtains had something dirty on them and there were little bugs at two different places in my room. Also, the hallway smelled strongly of pot and it seeped into my room.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. It is clean. It was chilly the day we checked in and our room was cold. This hotel does not have heat! They gave us extra blankets, but that's all! There is a cafe on site, but it was cold too.cold too.

The entrance is dirty. The staff were nice. They do have transportation to the cruise ports for a fee, which is nice. Taking the shuttle was perfect and the driver was great. The room smelt musty. There is no heat. The hotel restaurant was dirty, food mediocre and not well cared for. Overall the hotel needs upgrades.

The room was spotless and the staff (there was only one when we checked in) was very efficient and the check-in process was seamless. We were allowed to go to the room as it was ready about 11 am. The hotel was very quiet. We were also thankful that there is a restaurant on the premises. Our flight was canceled we were happy to get a room at the hotel. Thanks to the Travelocity staff, you really came through for us. We appreciated it.
