They were rude and not very nice, the housekeepers wouldn’t clean our room after asking twice. The front desk lady that works the hours 3am-6 am she’s very rude and ugly asff she act like we couldn’t check in early but everybody else was and very racist if your African American I don’t advise you to stay here all staff members weird act like they didn’t speak English. They had heat and air in the room for show it doesn’t work the air or the heat me and my wife was burning up.

The staff was horrible. I had a package delivered by Amazon, on the day I arrived. There were several packages there. The rude associate told me to wait until he was done. It was 4 hours later and still hadnt checked for the package. When he looked, he said it wasnt there. I kept insisting it was there. About another 2 hours later, a different associate looked and found in 3 minutes. The other guy looked like so, glad it was found. No apologies.

The hotel is terribly run down and in need of a major overhaul. The rooms, lobby, elevators and hallways were awful, dirty and falling apart. Do not recommend staying here even if just for a night, the low price point isn’t worth it.

The shuttle was not efficient. I had to wait for more than 30mins. The reception could not communicate with the shuttle. This is not acceptable given where technology has reached. When i called the reception should be able to communicate with the shuttle so my location could have been conveyed. The shuttle is not easily identifiable at night. The front of the bus should have large clear signage. By the time we see the side of the shuttle it will be too late. The flagging down of the bus is dangerous as I had to walk onto the road way especially to ensure I don't miss the shuttle. The driver on my arrival was not very friendly. Felt as though I was an burden rather than a guest. The ability to contact the hotel on my arrival at night at the airport was unsatisfactory. I had to call numerous times before my calls were answered. The duty manager's extension never answered. On my arrival after 11pm, there was only one (1) food option available and this was a viable option. Could there be a small shop at the hotel lobby so guests can obtain some food options even if is microwaveble options.

Hotels.com messed up my whole initenary took me about 2 hours attempting to check in around 1130pm Friday evening because apparently it didn’t exist in the system at all for the dates I chose. Which was October 24 to October 27th but it was instead for November in the hotels system . Then when I called and also used the online portal it was not helpful at all, Kind of want a partial refund for the horrible customer service also. Was not on the hotels part of the mess up. Solely on hotels.com

This place is trash. I know it cheap but it’s trash. Parking is like a a city block away from the front door. Then you gotta pay even more for parking. Says breakfast come to find out it’s $14 for the worse breakfast buffet imaginable. To say I’d prefer a free continental is an understatement. The ups were they had a fridge in the room and a microwave. That’s a plus. The water was cold I got luke warm water for about 45 seconds all 4 times I showered. There’s this loud sound outside sounds like a vaccuum is on 24 hours a day. Only one entrance on this whole building!!! Now that’s crazy. Honestly I won’t be cheap again in Miami. I’ll be cheap anywhere else but here. Spend the extra 100-150 go anywhere but here. Before I even got my room they had people complaining in the main entrance. Be cheap I get it trust me. I was here for two days and this was the cheapest I got. Didn’t want to spend more was by myself. Usually am with my partner. I’ll never cheap myself again in miami

The free shuttle took over an hour to pick us up. Staff seemed to not know what was going on. Very unorganized. Did not look like pictures. Lobby was dated and a bit rough. Luckily the room was pretty clean, beds were squeaky.

The room I was given was for disabled or elderly. It smelled liked urine in the bathroom but other than that it was comfortable for the few hours I was there
