We booked our stay at this hotel over a month in advance, only to receive a last-minute call just hours before check-in informing us that there was a “system error” and our reservation had been moved to their sister property, South Beach Hotel. We are not local, so we had already arrived in the area and were left scrambling to rearrange our plans. We had to pay for Ubers unnecessarily, and on top of that, we purchased a day beach pass at the original hotel—completely unaware that we would have had free beach access at South Beach. The entire situation was disorganized and stressful. It has now been two days and I have yet to hear back from the manager, Joseline, or anyone else from the hotel. No follow-up, no apology, and no accountability for the inconvenience and extra costs they caused. This experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Poor communication, poor customer service, and absolutely no regard for guests who plan and pay in advance.

Not a place to get any sleep!

Fight broke out in the room next door at 3:30 amwe listened to that for a hour before the police came, then we listened to them fight while packing their room up for another hour. Finally fell back to sleep then maintenance started doing repairs very loudly at 7am! The next morning I got to sleep until 6:45 am before the fire alarm went off.

I've liked how the property is located near all main attractions. I disliked the stay altogether. No phone on the room. No hot water in the bathroom sink. Tv not working or staggering . Sheets not cleaned . Weird smell.

We arrived early and the kind lady at the desk was able to get us situated instead of waiting till 4pm ( we didn’t expect it but it was nice either way) . Great location for walking around & plenty of convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Only down (minor) was we didn’t get wash rags in our room. Only two towels. A quick call should fix this problem.

I was on vacation and was looking forward to getting some good rest, but that didn't happen. This was my first time visiting this hotel and I regret it completely. They closed off the pool for a "private event" which was nothing but LOUD nonstop music for 7-8 hours. I paid to use the pool and get some good rest, neither of these things happened. I told the front desk twice during the loud music and once when I checked out; They clearly didn't care. I checked out early because I was so furious the lack of respect the hotel gave to other guests. I was promised twice a manager will respond in some way but that didn't happen, of course!

Hotel was reasonably nice. It was quite loud as we were on the first floor near the lobby which was really not ideal. Don't see that layout much at other hotels. The pool is very small and doesnt seem like it get's used as it's basically in the middle of a restaurants patio that is attached to the hotel. They did give a free happy hour drink there each day which was nice but if you're looking to sit by the pool it's not really that type of place. Great location.
