UPON ARRIVAL I WENT TO A ROOM WHERE THE BED HAD THE SHEET OFF AND THE TV WAS ON!!!!! FOR THE PRICE I PAID I HAD TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY (I GUESS FOR THEM TO QUICKLY CKEAN A ROOM) WHEN I FINALLY GOT TO THE ROOM! THERE I MET ANOTHER PERSONS THANK YOU NOTE AND MY NAME WAS ON NOT THE WELCOME SCREEN ON THE TV. I’M REQUESTING MY MO RY BACK!!!!! POOR SERVICE!

The staff at the reception was super nice. Grace gave us the room early as we arrived. Rooms are clean and spacious, and the area is very convenient for shopping. Would definetly come back in a future visit to Miami.
