Bathroom door doesn’t open from inside. I was Stuck. Luckily my wife opened the door from outside. Doors aren’t good at all. Front door the magnet doesn’t work meaning the key card doesn’t turn red or green. It’s just died. Our stuff was inside the room and we couldn’t enter. We tried multiple times for about 20 mins and finally it got opened luckily. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here. I just ended up going to lobby 6 to 8 times for the entire stay

Room smelt dirty and old. I refused to use the toilet, it was tiny and smelly. Toilet paper was so thin and disgusting. Huge space below the door led to a very noisy room. Reception staff was very unfriendly. Overpriced for such a filthy place

Do not stay here!!

I would not recommend this place to anyone!! I booked it because it had Wyndham name on it and they are usually a good company, but I feel their name should be removed from this hotel because it is deceiving.I booked it for one night before our cruise out of Miami, it was a decent price compared to the other hotels in the so I though for one night it would be good, however It was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!! The toilet would not flush and my husband had to get a plunger from the maintenance man who could not speck English and fix the toilet for them!’just so we could use it! The mixing valve to the shower is broken, couldn’t turn the hot or cold water on and the bathroom door would not close all the way!! My husband and I had the worst night sleep because the other people staying here had there children up till midnight and running around the place yelling and screaming! Door were slamming all night and there was laps music playing until 1:00 Am when I finally got fed up and called the front desk!

Avoid Hotel, would not recommend

One of the reception staff was brusk, unpleasant verging on rude. My room was on ground floor, noise from car park, rooms above and outside room door was loud and very disturbing. Bathroom while clean was in a bad state of repair. Toilet seat coming loose, fire/heat damaged and melted, bath scratched and worn. Room in general in a very bad state of repair and hotel is in desperate need of modernisation and refurbishment. AC unit in room was noisy and ineffective. Had planned two night stay but cancelled second night, could not stay in there on second night.

Staff friendly trying their best. Cleaness Very bad. Weird stains on pillows and bed sheets that prefer not to know what are they. I went to the room and decided to walk off and book another hotel next door Wyndham to go their to have a shower and rest properly. Also note that this hotel was not cheap.

Overpriced; Misleading photos

Staff here is amazing. Everyone I encountered was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. HOWEVER.. Photos are very misleading. Rooms are much smaller than they appear in the photos. They are also much more dated and rough than they look in the photos (chipping paint, stained towels, etc.) Bathroom has no ventilation and the window does not open, which was likely the cause of the tiny bits of black mold around the room. WiFi did not work at all, and there was little to no cellular service reception in and around the building. Pool and parking lot are shared by two (possibly three) other hotel/motels. No elevator available. You will have to carry all luggage by hand up the stairs if you are on the second floor. Location is ONLY convenient to MIA airport. There is not much else around. Most Miami attractions are a minimum 20 minute drive from the hotel. Food in the area is very limited, unless you have a car. No fridge or microwave available, neither in the room or the lobby. There are no convenience/fast food places in walking distance, besides the Subway attached to the building. There is a gas station across the street, but with little to nothing to offer. Coffee machine didn’t work, iced coffee machine smelled like eggs, & the danish I purchased was expired. Overall, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel to friends or family. Not the worst place, but not worth any more than $30-40/night. Would not have booked had I seen it in person.

The picture I saw online was very deceiving. The hotel was like in an ally. The door had been kicked in at the bottom and would barley close. I felt very unsafe. The noise was horrible. It was like trying to sleep with an open window. Horrible experience and NEVER AGAIN.
