The beach and pool were nice but the apartment was lacking and the amenities were misadvertised on the app. There is no laundry, the stove top didn’t work, the AC had issues the whole time. Communication was lacking when we tried to reach out to the host to rectify the issues.

Honestly, the pictures they advertise look nothing like the room I was given. The bed sheets were dirty, and I even found hair on the pillow, which is completely unacceptable. There was a large hole in the shower, a very limited number of towels, and the entire place had a strong, unpleasant odor—like smoke mixed with something foul. This experience was extremely disappointing and far below basic cleanliness standards.

Our first time staying here and we were all pleased with everything. This is not a 5 star building but the staff was great and the price was even better. They're due for some upgrades in the building itself and the parking process is a pain but other than that we were very pleased and would stay again in the future.

As online listings and photos not match with properties as well as whole two bedroom are not proper two bed room it is just one partial partition to divide it , car parking is wasted of whole one hour time when we are picking up car from counter. Room was relatively clean and looked nice, but unfortunately many amenities listed were unavailable. We were told there was no laundry available, the cook top does not work, the AC system was either off or freezing and condensation dripping (despite following house rules), there were not wash cloths, only 2 towels, and the WiFi barely functioning. There was as a broom but no dust pan, so we ended up ordering one and left it there. Also no paper towels available. Saying all this, the complex was decent and the beach beautiful, so we felt it was a decent value to what was spent.

Location and amenities - great. Room - filthy, especially the bathtub. Broken drawer in the kitchenette. I would return to the location but not to this room with the same host.
Soap caked on the tub.
