the room cleanliness was unacceptable, basic bathroom supplies were not provided, the room lacked blackout curtains which made it difficult to rest, we were not informed in advance that the big pool will be closed, it was very crowded at the small pool, the outside construction caused noise, smell, dust. Room wasn’t ready on time, waited until 4:40pm when check in was 4 and we arrived at 12. After waiting for our room to be ready, housekeeping never gave us towels or soaps, so we waited longer. Again the second day, after housekeeping, we were left with 1 fresh towel. I asked them to bring some up but they never came. Construction left half the resort closed and drilling noise all day. The kids area was closed but they still charge $50 per day resort fee? Beach service was terrible. At times, I had to get our own food and drinks while being charged a 20% non negotiable gratuity fee.

Solidly mid. Service was good but not great. Seemed overworked and underpaid. 90% of the pool and outside amenities were closed due to construction and construction noise was heard all down the beach (saws and heavy equipment) from 9am to 8pm. Won’t be back. Not for that price. Room service menu and lack of service was also a major issue.

Nice views. Nice bar and lobby atmosphere. Nice room. Unfortunately lots of renovations and constructions. So noise and no access to advertised amenities. Disappointing in that regard. For a $600 night + $50 parking stay, you would at least expect full amenities access and no constructions noise.
