This is my personal unit I live here, but I decided to go visit my family so it's available for you to enjoy. This place has the most positive energy EVER! Extremely peaceful, east facing (sunrise) unit, with mind blowing water views. Located right on Edgewater Miami and in Midtown area (most sought after area in Miami). Building has all amenities. Walking distance to Wynwood art and shops. 2 minutes walk to grocery shopping - Publix. 5 minute walk to parks, museums & restaurants. 100% walkable.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County. Features include an outdoor pool and laundry facilities. A washing machine is available in the condo.
