The staff were very friendly, the towels and beds were clean and comfortable, and those were the main positives. However, overall I would rate this hotel 2.5 stars at most (certainly not more than 3). The room felt very plain and boring, with almost no decoration. The carpet had a slight musty smell, there were stains on the ceiling, and the furniture was basic and cheap-looking. In-room coffee and tea selection was extremely limited—just one sachet of each. The swimming pool water was also quite cold. Overall, the hotel left no real impression on me. I don’t understand why it has such exceptionally high ratings. It’s a very basic three-star property at best, and not one I would choose to stay at again.

Exceptional Stay at Hilton Doral! Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was genuinely friendly, and the bar team delivered top‑tier service every night.
