Really bad experience. The host did not show up and was unresponsive despite several attempts by both me and Expedia/VRBO staff in the days leading up to the stay. Because of this, Expedia/VRBO had to step in under their guarantee and asked me to find another place. We had to book a hotel for one night, which meant switching locations, added discomfort, and lost valuable time from our family vacation. Now I still have to follow up through a claims process to get the money back, adding even more time and stress. Very disappointing experience.
