I came to the house and did not have access, since the code I received through my email did not work. I called customer service and they were able to connect me with the owner who did not seem to know that it was expecting a guest. He apparently hung up the phone with no explanation. It is when I called customer service again they told me that he canceled on me, left me with the burden of finding a new place to stay with my family that night. I believe that owner does the concept of business and how to treat customer. I was very disappointed and frustrated with the owner way of handling the situation.
First started off messaging host before check in. Was sent the instructions our check in time was 3:00. We showed up multiple cars in driveway and people inside. Go to walk in and the someone cleaning said we canât come in and we can come back in an hour. Was never notified about that before hand or anything. Also there is only one parking space but tons of people parking all over for other houses. Multiple time we had to find the owner of a car who parked behind us so we could leave the property. The biggest one was at 5:30 in the morning someone parked right behind us and we had to be at the airport for our flight at 7:15. Walked around and no one would answer their doors. Had to squeeze the van out which ended up scratching the side from a tree and then got charged for it by the rental company. I message the host multiple times asking for help with stuff and he wouldnât answer my questions. Would not recommend this place if you donât feel like constant inconveniences such as trying to track down people who own the cars blocking you in an a host who doesnât respond.
Place was very clean and nice exactly what the pictures showed, parking was a little tight for two vans, traveled thru questionable areas but the house was located in a nice area.
