The building and staff were very helpful and friendly, which we truly appreciated. Valet parking was convenient and the attendants were pleasant. The location is a plus — very walkable and an easy Lyft ride to the Hollywood Beach area.The unit itself was overall okay but not well stocked. There were no washcloths provided, and the kitchen, which was advertised as “gourmet,” did not meet that expectation. The cookware was heavily used, drinkware was plastic, and some basic items were missing, including pot holders, dish towels, and a can opener, which we had to purchase ourselves.We were also surprised by the construction during our stay. While the listing mentions balcony repairs, it also stated the project would be completed by 12/31/25. Construction began daily around 8:30 a.m. and included jackhammering. Although we aren’t night owls, it would have been nice to have the option to sleep in a bit longer while on vacation.The unit was generally clean; however, we did find a beach towel full of sand in the closet that appeared to have been left behind by a previous guest.
